Kiwi & Roo bring the best of Antipodean cuisine to London with our popular street food, supperclubs and private catering company. New Zealand born Fi Hannah (Kiwi) and Australian born Lara Wood (Roo) are the chefs and co-founders.
We love our Antipodean roots and always put a little of our story into our food, whether it is Antipodean, Asian inspired or a Modern British twist. Our menus are fresh and exciting, featuring bold flavours from our background.
Trained at Ballymaloe and Leiths, Fi and Lara have spent time gaining experience in kitchens across London including The Fat Duck, Ottolenghi, Violet, Spring Restaurant and The Ledbury. Lara is a cookery teacher at the School of Wok and is writing her first Indonesian cookbook with Bloomsbury Publishing.
Our catering services range from high-end canape parties, corporate lunches, private dinner parties, pop ups and supperclubs, baked goods, cookery classes, goodie bags, street food stalls and celebration cakes. We can design bespoke menus to suit any occasion.
Our ingredients We take care to source all our ingredients from top suppliers in and around London. We use organic, pesticide free food wherever possible and support artisan producers.
We have many contacts in the food and wine industry, so if there’s a special ingredient or dish that you’re looking for let us know and we can try and re-create it for you.
